BookClean (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates bookclean.app and related admin services at admin.bookclean.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our websites and software.

- Business configuration data you enter (pages, services, bookings, jobs, employees)

- Payment and subscription metadata processed by our payment provider (e.g. Creem) — we do not store full card numbers

We use information to provide and improve BookClean, process subscriptions, authenticate users, prevent abuse, communicate support messages, and comply with law.

We may share data with service providers who help us operate the product (hosting, email, payments). We do not sell personal information. Cleaning service payments between your customers and your business are handled outside BookClean when you collect them into your own accounts.
