These Terms govern your use of BookClean at bookclean.app and the admin console at admin.bookclean.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
BookClean provides software for cleaning businesses, including booking pages, dispatch tools, employee apps, and related dashboards. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
3. Plans & dispatch limits
Free and paid plans may include the same product features while limiting the number of job dispatches (daily or monthly, depending on plan). Exceeding limits may require an upgrade. Reassigning the same booking generally does not consume an extra dispatch, unless we state otherwise in-product.
4. Payments
Subscription fees for BookClean are billed through our payment partner. Cleaning fees charged to your end customers are collected by you into your own payment accounts; BookClean does not claim ownership of those funds.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, infringe others’ rights, or use BookClean for unlawful activity.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, BookClean is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your customer relationships or field operations.
