Assignment and status
Track each job from assigned, through in progress, to completed. You can update dispatch while the job has not started. Reassigning the same booking does not consume an extra dispatch.
Employee app
Crews open the job on iOS or Android, start on site, and close it with a signature, a voice confirmation, or a remote confirmation link. Assignment sends a push alert.
Proof of work
Before-and-after photos stay on the job, with location and timestamp details. You can turn that record into a branded PDF report and email it when you are ready.
